Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 August 2026

What Copsely is

Copsely is a shared, community-planted digital forest. Each visitor receives one free "seed" every 24 hours to place anywhere on a public grid.

Our tree-planting and donation commitment

Funding for real trees and real donations comes from revenue Copsely generates (such as optional in-site purchases, when available). This program only activates once the shared grid has reached 5,000 total seeds planted — before that point, no real trees are being planted and no donations are being made yet, regardless of what the grid displays. Once the grid reaches 5,000 seeds and this program is active, Copsely commits to: funding one real tree through Eden Reforestation Projects for every 500 additional seeds/trees placed on the grid, and donating $0.30 to The Nature Conservancy for every 350 additional seeds/trees placed on the grid. We intend to publish a public record of trees funded and donations made once this program is active.
